1. Multichannel Lead Acquisition

  • Capture leads from WhatsApp, Email, Typeform, Telegram, or Social Media.

  • Automatically parses incoming messages using custom Regex, extracting:

    • Name, Email, Phone, Budget, Urgency, Sector, and Notes.

  • All data is structured and stored directly in Airtable.

2. Smart Classification & Prioritization

  • The system automatically assigns priority levels (High, Medium, Low) based on budget and urgency.

  • Airtable views are color-coded for instant visual recognition.
